JOB SUMMARY:

Performs mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, hydraulic and pneumatic piping on complete line of food processing equipment. Works from mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, work instructions, and shop routings to perform tasks. Ability to operate power tools, fabrication equipment, overhead cranes and forklifts. Responsible for performing operational testing and ensures that equipment meets test specifications.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred.
• Previous Mechanical Working Experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• High School Diploma, GED or a minimum of two years previous working experience in a like role.
